The satisfaction of all our customers is the most important factor that links the products we supply. Whilst some products have a long life, we are continually providing innovations.
All our products comply with EU Standards. On completing an order, you will automatically be confirming acceptance of these terms and conditions. Our acceptance of this same order will result in a Contract of Sale. The Sale Falls under Maltese Law.
The website is available 24 hours a day, but we cannot be liable if, for any reason, the website is unavailable at any time or for a period of time. Persons of legal capacity can enter into an agreement governed by these terms and conditions. If under legal age, ask parent or legal guardian to effect purchase on your behalf.
One can only use this Website for personal use, and is not permitted to reuse, modify or use for any other purpose. The information submitted during the use of this Website will be strictly used to effect the business concerned, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.2001.
All products supplied will be as seen on our Website. We do our utmost to ensure that the information provided is as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant the completion of our accuracy. We will do our utmost to ensure proper packaging that will avoid damages. Insurance is optional - Rates will be quoted on request.
Total cost is the Sum of the Cost of Product + Packing Cost + Delivery Cost + Insurance Cost. Some or all of these costs will apply on acceptance of order according to your needs. Any other costs that could apply will be informed to you beforehand. Prices Quoted through our website are in Euro €.
Once acceptance of total bill for your purchases is completed, we will confirm order so that a contract of sale will take place. All selling Price and Refunds will include VAT according to Maltese Law. Cancellation of an order will only be accepted if effected 12 hours prior to delivery or before postage is effected.
All items will be delivered within 7 days.
Loss or Damages Suffered as a result of our online shopping will only be entertained according to Maltese Law. We remain liable for the goods sold and for fraudulent misrepresentation, and for the loss or damage to goods resulting from our negligence. The amount of liability is limited to the value of the product.
All products that are given a guarantee will be for 6 months from the date of receipt of product unless otherwise agreed. The Guarantee is for parts & labour ONLY. Delivery/ collection / postage are not covered by the guarantee.
In accordance with article XI of the distant Selling Regulation, all goods purchased online have a cooling period of 15 days (from the date of receipt of product). Refunds will be effected according to Maltese Law. Any goods returned within the period must be returned in the exact same condition as supplied. Used products are not returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse any opened or damaged goods at our discretion. For all refunds to be authorized, you are to return the receipt and delivery note with the product.
